Job Description

Blusource Recruitment are working with a successful accountancy firm to help them hire into a very important role, ideally a Partner Designate job, acting as a lead figure in a Manager or Senior Manager job capacity and within an easy commute of Nottingham,Derby, Long Eaton, Ilkeston and Loughborough.This firm will consider talented and ambitious people from Newly Qualified level through to Senior Manager / Partner Designate grade. The level the chosen person starts at flexible, this firms main aim is to secure the right person.This is an exciting career opportunity with quick development and no glass ceiling for the right person, who will ideally be:

  • ACA, FCA or ACCA
  • Approachable and affable character, ambitious to develop themselves and the firm with tremendous support offered from the Partnership and Management group.
  • The opportunity to develop your role, working with other senior professionals until you ultimately take control of your client portfolio, potentially within 12 - 18 months getting to a Partner role.
You will be an accountancy professional, ACA or ACCA qualified, with strong experience gained in practice and your focus will be to grow into a role where you can organise work, oversee staff, manage client relationships, ensure technical compliance / standardsand work next to other members of the management team to develop the firm.This is a rare opportunity, one for a capable and skilled accountant from an accountancy practice background to elevate their career, salary and future prospects. The firm have modern methods and a broad network across the East Midlands. There is great opportunityfor growth and continued progression, so if the chosen candidate starts as a Manager, they would look towards a future Director / Partner Designate role. Alternatively, if you are not ambitious to that level, this firm could offer long term stability at aSenior Accountant / Manager grade for the right person.
