Knowledge of supporting vulnerable people with learning disabilitiesand complex needs is essential, our ideal team members are flexible, empathetic with a calm and efficient approach to work. Situations can sometimes be difficult and challenging, so youll need to be non-judgmental, with a sensitive approach.At a practical level, youll need good IT and communication skills including numeracy and literacy in order to keep accurate records.
