Support Worker | Derby DE73 5UA| Average of 37 hours per week | £12 hour for weekday and £14 hour weekendsOur client is looking for a full-time staff member to join their team of support workers working with a profoundly disabled 12 year old girl. She has complex care needs, so it is essential that you have some experience of care work preferably with complexneeds although full training in specific care needs is given.She lives with her loving family and new staff will work alongside her mother and other experienced support workers to provide all her care needs; you must be sensitive to working within a family home.You will work the following shift pattern1 to 2 long days per week (7am to 9pm) plus 2 to 4 lates (4.30pm to 9pm) worked on a 6 week rolling rota with 2 full weekends worked, 2 half weekends worked and 2 weekends off.Are you the right person for the job
