  • Gross salaries for Team Leaders £22,437 (£10.46 per hour) - £23,918 (£11.15 per hour) + enhancements

Reporting to the Registered and Assistant Managers you will supervise a team of support workers, overlooking their performance, ensuring that our standards and approach are followed and needs and protocols adhered too. You will be the first port of callproviding first line management and necessary direction and instruction. This role will combine support, administration and management.Knowledge of supporting vulnerable people with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs is essential. Our ideal team members are flexible, empathetic with a calm and efficient approach to work. Situations can sometimes be difficult and challenging,so youll need to be non-judgmental , with a sensitive approach.We support people with needs to live fulfilling lives. As a team member youll make a real difference as you provide support, advice and share in their everyday life experiences helping each and every one of our service users to achieve their potential.Being passionate about people, youll enjoy the scope and support to enhance your own life too, as you make the role your own as part of a friendly and professional multidisciplinary team.At a practical level, youll need good IT and communication skills including numeracy and literacy in order to keep accurate records.
