Sirona Medical are looking to recruit a selection of Social workers across Derby.If you are available and interested in working with Sirona Medical as a Social worker in the Derbyshire region, please do not delay in contacting us.Job Role: Experienced Adult social worker Must be social work England registered to applyExperienced Adult Social Worker required to be office-based in the Safeguarding Adults Team at Derby City Council, The Council House, Derby DE1 2FS. The Safeguarding Adults Team is the single point of access for all Safeguarding Adult referrals for citizensof Derby, and is co-located within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub with colleagues from childrens social care, Derbyshire Police, Health colleagues and Probation. Work activity includes (but is not limited to): * Triage of new work coming in * Providinginformation and advice on Safeguarding * Signposting to other agencies where appropriate * Undertaking safeguarding adult enquiries * Liaison with multi-agency partners * Chairing safeguarding adult meetings *Making safeguarding personal with citizens whohave been referred * Developing multi-agency safety plans * Recording case work on Liquid LogicAs a Social worker you must have a degree in Social work with a minimum 2 years post qualifying experience and passed your AYSE, experience in an NHS Establishment or a local authority is desirable.To act in accordance with SWE registration requirements and Code of Conduct for exercising accountability and professional practice. To provide professional Social work assessments to support the commissioning process in line with care management and continuing care.Employers will be keen to see that you have a friendly and caring attitude, and understand and respect people who need healthcare support.Previous experience and/or qualifications in Social work are essential to apply for this role.We also supply the following to both NHS and private sector. Nurse, General Nurse, RGN,NMC, Nurse, Band 5, Band 6, HCA, Community Nurse, specialist Nurse.
