The role being offered is a Service Delivery Administrator which requires you to be highly driven, eager to learn and develop as well as being self-motivated. We do not require relevant experience; this is an opportunity to start a careerin Insurance within a market leading provider of Insurance.Your role will be to provide client service support and assistance to the Account Handlers with their day-to-day tasks and account broking. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring work is completed accurately andin a timely manner. The Service Delivery team will be working alongside the Account Handlers to continuously develop and improve client outcomes and working processes. Putting the client at the heart of everything you do, utilising know your customer (KYC)and treating customers fairly (TCF) practices, handling tasks in line with compliance, FCA regulations and business policies and procedures. The Service Delivery team will play a key role in the future of client service delivery at PIB, underpinning the serviceexcellence PIB require for our clients and ensuring accuracy for insurers, clients, and data integrity.Qualifications
