Are you a Senior Hardware Engineer - FPGA looking for a new opportunity based in Derby, DerbyshireMy client is a Multi-Million-pound world leading innovators in computer graphics, video capture and digital display technology. They are urgently seeking a Senior Hardware Engineering to join there rapidly growing team.My client has customers in over 100 countries worldwide, in markets such as medical, signage, security and retail, this is a real change to join a heavily profitable company who are willing to heavily invest in a candidates future career progression. Theideal candidate will have experience working with Xilinx and Intel FPGAs.The ideal Senior Hardware Engineer - FPGA will have a blend of the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of high-speed digital design and the associated support circuity.
  • Experience working with Xilinx and Intel FPGAs and SOCs.
  • Design and simulation of high-speed serial interfaces such as PCI Express.
  • Analysis and debug of circuits using oscilloscopes and analysers.
  • Comfortable working through the entire product lifecycle.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of video standards and graphics technologies.
  • Experience using Mentor Graphics schematic capture and HyperLynx simulation tools.
  • An interest in emerging trends in desktop computer technology.
