  • Managing the month end reporting routines and the year-end routines for all SAP entities, including Submarines.
  • Managing resolutions of business and technical queries globally in collaboration with IT Eco Partners.
  • Responsible, reviewing and maintaining process and systems training material with support from the SAP Finance Analyst.
  • Support and approve changes as part of the Master data change governance process in SAP.
  • SME for SAP Finance/Controlling (FICO).
  • Responsible to train and mentor the SAP Finance Analyst to facilitate the resolution of business and technical queries.
  • Support improvement projects and system changes, system upgrades and data migrations resulting in working efficiencies.
Profile
  • Possesses expertise in financial management, proficiency in utilising SAP ERP, and familiarity with other preferred financial software solutions when applicable.
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness, self-sufficiency, and a results-oriented approach, collaborating effectively within teams and adhering to set timelines in alignment with business needs.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and the capability to swiftly establish productive working connections, even across diverse geographical and cultural contexts.
  • Showcases exceptional organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Holds qualifications and experience in Finance IT systems, with a preference for SAP knowledge and understanding.
