You will be the first point of contact for all of our residents to make sure everything is running smoothly. You will supervise and lead a dedicated remote team of resident managers to delivera first-class service to leasehold retirement customers. You will have strong organisation, administration and time management skills are essential. Ideally you will have experience dealingwith an elderly client group and an understanding or experience in the care sector would be an advantage.As you will be working closely with our customers and service providers it is essential that you are able to create and maintain effective working relationships. We are looking for someone who can use their initiative and is eager to contribute towards makingpositive changes.
