Repairs SchedulerDerbyshire (Will consider Hybrid working)Temporary to Permanent£16.42ph Umbrella PAYEThe ClientOur Client are a specialist Main Contractor delivering across Civil, Construction and Facilities Management sectors. They deliver both new build and refurbishment services as well as undertaking local authority & government, hospital, education, & commercialprojects. Due to demand, they are looking to recruit an addition Scheduler for their offices in Derby.The RoleBased from their very busy offices in Derby, you will be required to take incoming calls from customers, Site Supervisors and operatives. Calls will be a range of queries such as requests for repair appointments, operatives needing more work, jobs that needrearranging or requiring more time. You will be required to log all calls with clear notes on to an in-house computer system and schedule to the relevant Engineers diary depending on their skill set and the region they are based.Duties:First point of contact for customers, clients, and operatives.Receiving calls from customers/customer services with repairs & maintenance requests and loggingManaging faults coming into help desk - ReactivePlanning PPM Planned Preventative Maintenance tasksEnsuring remedials from PPM Preventative Planned Maintenance are logged and completedLiaising with engineers and ability to be fair but firm when requiredLiaising with subcontractors and taking direct ownership of those directly allocated to youEnsure they are delivering and responding to requestsEscalating any poor performance to your line manager, so support can be givenMonitoring in-box with various queries and questions coming inUsing in house system COINS to raise plant requestsLiaising with other departments/teams to arrange access for certain jobsManaging SLAs to ensure faults are completed within deadlinesChecking and submitting engineers timesheetsSkills:Must be a team player but must also be able to work on own initiativeMust be able to prioritise a very busy workload & handle a high volume of callsMust have excellent communication skills and telephone mannerMust be able to diagnose a repair/priorityMust be familiar with SOR codes (Schedule of Rates) Not EssentialMust be computer literateMust have previous Planning / Scheduling experienceMust be able to handle challenging or sensitive situations i.e., angry or irate CustomersBenefits£16.42ph Umbrella PAYETemporary to PermanentThe opportunity of working with a vastly expanding Main ContractorIf you are interested in this Repairs Scheduler role, please forward your CV to
