Job Description

Are you an aerospace Quality Engineer who is experiencedin NADCAP Our client, an aerospacebusiness, would be interested in your background!SpondonPermanent7am-4pm OR 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 7am-12pm on Friday20 days annual leave rising to 25 after 1 year of serviceQuality Engineer - Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out general day to day quality activities.
  • Supporting the management of the company’s accreditations (AS9100, AS13100, ISO14001, NADCAP - NDT & Heat Treat)
  • Prepare and lead NADCAP audits (NDT & Heat Treat)
  • Carry out Internal Audits
  • Review & disposition of internal scrap - NCR completion
  • Generate and ensure closure of supplier/ sub-con NCRs
Quality Engineer - Key Skills
  • NADCAP (Heat Treatment) knowledge/experience is essential
  • Experienced in preparing for and supporting audits (no experience leading or hosting audits required)
  • Previous experience of working to Aerospace standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
