Production Operative Role OverviewWithin this role you will be picking and packing ingredients from the production line in accordance with customer requirements and supporting with clear downs and clearing down the workstations. You will need to maintain that the correct recipe cards andleaflets (including quantities) are being added to every customer order. In addition youll be required to frequently report any quality issues to the Team Leader as soon as possible and make sure that you are adhering to Health and Safety policies and practicesfor yourself and others around you.Production Operative Key Duties:

• Scanning of the box barcodes to identify ingredients required
• Quality checking of ingredients prior to packing and disposing of poor quality ingredients via the waste disposal conveyor
• Contribute to the uninterrupted flow of the production line
• Effectively contribute to improving line performance and be forthcoming with suggestions to improve efficiencies and line flow
• Stacking of customer orders onto pallets at the end of the line ready for despatch
• Escalate any issues or problems to your Team Leader immediately
• Comply with Food Safety Regulations and HelloFresh quality standards
• Encourage and help drive the sites food safety culture, to help prevent deviation in the process that impacts the safety, quality and legality of our products
