• You will develop and implement business solutions to support production operations through process analysis.
• Use knowledge and experience to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of tasks within this area of expertise. Execute activities / tasks to achieve strategic objectives.
• Manage the capacity planning for the relevant areas, working with the planning and engineering departments.
• Generate options for process improvements based on budget targets; make daily decisions related to your area of expertise based on business needs.
• Lead design and implement process design improvements, participate in project team activities related to significant business innovation; develop and execute activities / tasks to achieve objectives of wider business team. Drive cross functional collaborationto develop and deliver projects for your area.
• Demonstrate solid base of Press and Paint knowledge in the day-to-day operations with understanding of process and system tools. Display understanding of how the business works in daily activities and how your role impacts the wider business.
• Respond to production issues when the Press and Paint process needs reviewing using a demonstrated problem-solving ability, problem identification, root cause analysis and countermeasure identification.

Profile

• Strong communication capabilities (able to communicate a problem summary to cross functional audience and develop strong solutions).
• Understanding of Press Process, Paint Powder coating process, and manufacturing flow.
• Lean and Six Sigma expertise to enable you to successfully deploy processes and system improvements to the Press and Paint operation.
• Project management experience or capability with the ability to lead meetings and cross functional teams.
• Good presentation skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• You should be a reliable self-starter and have a flexible
