Job Description

PlumberDuration: Temporary on-goingLocation: DerbyRate: £20 - £22 per hourWe are working with an organisation in Derby who is seeking an experienced plumber to join their team on a temporary basisThe role of the Plumber will involve carrying out a range of plumbing works on student accommodationResponsibilities of the Plumber include:

  • Changing expansion vessels within student accommodation in line with new legislation
  • Receiving work orders and completing them to required timescales
  • Liaising with tenants and staff in relation to completion of tasks
  • Ensure that work is completed to an agreed timescale
  • Constantly ensuring that health and safety is adhered to
Essential criteria for the role of Plumber:
  • Unvented Water (Desired)
  • WRAS- Water Regs (Desired)
  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (minimum)
  • Own vehicle
Desirable criteria of the role of Plumber:
  • L8 Legionella
