Job Description

This unique role is perfectly suited to a well organised individual who takes great pride in their work.You will be a strong communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks, whilst using your initiative and experience to meet business demands.This small and growing business operates within the financial planning and wealth management sector. As part of their expansion plans, the Practice Principal is looking to hire a driven and experienced PA.The successful candidate will ideally be based in or around Derby; working from home full time but able to meet in person once or twice a week.This is a full time role but some flexibility on the hours can be considered, whether that is to accommodate the school run, or potentially a 4 day week. We are happy to discuss this further.The Role - Personal Assistant:

  • Provide support to the Practice Principal.
  • Handle and respond to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters.
  • Diary management.
  • Arrange meetings, corresponding with clients and arranging necessary travel.
  • Document management.
  • Communication with key stakeholders.
  • Admin and project management.
The Individual - Personal Assistant:
  • Previous PA or Receptionist experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Experience of working with a smaller business.
  • Excellent IT skills, knowledge/experience of working with Microsoft OneDrive.
  • Highly organised with a positive and innovative approach.
  • Strong working morals, a friendly demeanour and keen to be part of a motivated team.

  • Training will be provided.
  • Core working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, flexibility can be considered.
  • Working from home, full time (flexibility required).
