Do you have strong management skills Can you lead a team of up to 20 staff to deliver a first class service within Security/Cleaning/Customer Service Do you have a solid work ethic with a passion for getting the job done right If so, our client is seekinga Night Duty Manager for a Retail environment.Person specification:Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience of dealing with internal and external clientsPolite, professional, articulate, outgoing and a confident communicator (both written and verbally)A high level of interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a team collaborating with both the local team and relevant head office departments.Ability to prioritise workload and meet the daily demands of the team either working alone or as part of a teamAdaptable and flexible whilst working in a busy multi skilled office environmentExcellent attention to detail and presentationUnderstanding the need for confidentiality when dealing with both internal and external informationQualifications & Experience:Essential:Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint are of particular importanceExperience of working in an administrative environmentExperience of managing large teams, across a variety of disciplines including security, cleaning, and customer services.Experience gained at supervisory/management level for 2+ years.Experience in organising rotas and working patterns.Experience in a similar fast-paced customer facing environment.Desirable:Previous experience working for a company in the facilities, retail, and hospitality sectorKnowledge of facilities management operations.IOSH qualified.SIA non-front-line licence.BICS qualified.BIFM membership.ILM NVQ or equivalent.40 hours per week, over 5 shifts.
