Mortgage Administrator | Pride Park, Derby | £22,000 - £23,400 | Full TimeFree ParkingBonus SchemeCasual DressOur client are seeking to appoint an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their business based on Pride Park.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a long established administration team.The successful individual will ideally have experience working within the Financial Services industry & would like to further develop their knowledge and administration skillsWhat were looking for:- You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a Financial Adviser practice is desirable, but not essential- Cemap or working towards Cemap advantageous but not essential- It is essential that you have a working understanding of using Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word- A friendly, motivated individual who is confident liaising with customers in a professional manner- Someone with a high level of organisation and attention to detail- The ability to manage your own time, as part of a small but busy teamThe finer elements of the role include:- Creating and maintaining accurate client records using MS Office and a CRM system- Forge successful professional relationships with colleagues, clients, lenders and insurance companies, to improve and enhance the services the business receive and provide- Preparing documentation for client meetings- Receiving and acting on instructions from the financial advisers- Processing New Business through to completion for life, pension, and mortgage products- Creating and producing suitability letters and reports- Using various research and quoting systems- Obtaining product information from providers- Liaising with clients and product providers on outstanding documents and queries- Ensuring all client files are compliant on an ongoing basisCherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
