Job Description

360 Recruitment are a specialist Technology recruiter, currently recruiting a Microsoft Adoption & Training Consultant to join a leading Cloud Services Company in the UK.Role:Microsoft Adoption & Training ConsultantSalary:£35,000 to £46,000 + Benefits25 Days HolidayLife AssuranceHealth PlanLocation:Home Based & UK travel to meet business needsType:Permanent Role - Full-timeThe Microsoft Adoption & Training Consultant team work with a wide range of high profile clients to ensure that Microsoft Teams and wider Microsoft 365 is adopted successfully into everyday working practice and improve this where possible. To achieve this,we provide a range of offerings which can be divided into pre and post go-live services.This role reports into the Product Management Consultant. It is primarily home based but there will be a requirement on occasions to also travel to client sites around the UK.As a member of the Technical Services team, you will be required to assist in all of the following elements and, in some cases, take a lead role to ensure they are delivered successfully.Scope & Key responsibilities:

  • Encourage user adoption and embed a sense of excitement in the business regarding Microsoft Teams & Microsoft 365.
  • Gain an understanding on Analytics solution to help drive data driven and measurable Change Management.
  • Act as a key member of the team, in planning adoption and communications for given projects, and reporting and communicating issues and resolutions to the wider team.
  • Detect business opportunities where Microsoft Office 365 can be leveraged and improve current processes.
  • Analyse current Business functions and advise how these can be migrated to Microsoft 365 and other services.
  • Potentially demo technology or hardware to business and some IT users.
  • Liaise between business and IT on all requirements.
  • Deliver training courses to users on how to use Microsoft 365, Researching, developing and creating new training course offerings.
  • Host drop-in clinics for new Microsoft 365 users to attend.
  • Produce instructional documentation on Microsoft 365 functionality.
  • Developing and creating processes and supporting documentation to ensure a consistent and streamlined approach for all customer engagements.
  • Developing and creating new commercial offerings to broaden the User Adoption services portfolio.
  • Regular communication with user base on tips, tricks and best practices.
Skills & Experience:
  • Clear understanding of the full range of Microsoft 365 user applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva etc.)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong PC literacy and Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of Camtasia or Captivate to create videos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and professional attitude when on client site
