Our client is seeking an individual with experience and capability of holding SMF3 function as Managing Director of their growing IFA firm.This unique opportunity is available to join an IFA firm led by highly experienced Senior Leadership team at the early stages of their growth phase. They have strong backing to enable rapid growth. They require an individual to hold the SMF3 responsibilitywith the FCA and undertake tasks associated of being Managing Director.The business has sight and realistic ability to achieve £100m FuM within 12 months of launch from a proven source of business. This will create significant continued growth which you will be involved with. In addition to the lead source already lined up,it would be advantageous if you have your own methods of generating business, existing clients, M&A, professional introducers etcThe role is still in development; therefore it is currently open to part-time, full-time or contract basis. This will evolve as the business progresses through their FCA approval process and also be dependent on what you can offer to the business.Our client is also potentially seeking an individual capable of holding the compliance SMF16 & SMF17 functions of the firm.
