Maintenance Engineering Teachers & TrainersBased at Toyota Apprenticeship Development Centre39 Hours per week£39,141 - £42,784 per annum, depending on teaching experience and qualifications.Who are we looking forWe have exciting opportunities available for experienced engineering trainer/teachers based in the specialist facility located with our key partner Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK.It is a fantastic chance to teach and train highly motivated individuals and benefit from professional development in a globally recognised automotive manufacturing environment.You will teach, assess, and support apprentices that are engaged in the new Apprenticeship Standards from levels 1 to 3. You will support and facilitate apprentices’ learning, liaise closely with employers,management and other College departments to ensuresuccessful outcomes for a cohort of apprentices.We are seeking candidates with strong track records in manufacture engineering and mechatronics, with technical capability and teaching/mentoring experience in the following areas:Electro-pneumatics/hydraulics, mechanical hand skills, machining (milling/turning), PLCs, mechanical systems maintenance.An appropriate teaching qualification, an Assessor award, and teaching experience would be desirable,but all levels of prior training will be considered.
