Role: Level 1 Service Desk (Bi-Lingual) Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 Location: Derby Type: PermanentOverview2fawcett are recruiting for a multiple bi-lingual Level 1 Service Desk Agents to join a well-established company in Derby. The successful candidate will provide an outstanding service to customers and build a great relationship with international customersand partners and assist on service requests.Languages required: Dutch, German, Danish / Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, French Canadian.The Role & Responsibilities of the Level 1 Service Desk Agent ( Bi-Lingual)* Answer client requests via telephone and email * Log service desk tickets, ensure all information is correctly captured, assign the correct priority and status to the ticket * Update service desk tickets with accurate time entries and notes * Liaise with external support companies and suppliers * Ensure tasks are progressed through to a satisfactory conclusion * Proactively keep customers and team members informed of progressTechnical Experience* Must have 1 years experience in technical background (IT Engineering, Logistics) * Understanding backup job reports and carry our basic troubleshooting * Good problem-solving skills and analytical and diagnostic skills for problem resolution and root cause analysis * Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Requirements of the Level 1 Service Desk Agent (Bi-Lingual)* Previous customer service skills * Ability to work as a part of a team * Ability to prioritise tasks and projects * Good Numerical Skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Self-motivated person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment * Able to understand and follow standard documented processes
