  • Design and plan efficient routes using planning software.
  • Coordinate closely with drivers, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Ensure compliance with driving legislation.
  • Utilise your geographical expertise for optimal planning.
  • Act as a communication hub, liaising effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
What We Need From You as a Junior Transport Planner:
  • Passionate about advancing in the transport planning sector.
  • At least 1 years of experience in transport planning or driver management.
  • A cool head under pressure – you thrive in high-stakes environments.
  • Exceptional telephone skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other computer applications.
  • Familiarity with routing software.
  • A knack for problem-solving, especially in resolving issues with late or misdelivered items.
