Our fantastic client is seeking a Junior Accounts Clerk to join them on a full-timepermanent basis. An amazing opportunity for an Administrator/graduate looking to get into an accounts role. As the Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for: - Creation and processing of accurate journal uploads to strict deadlines - Reconcile accounts - Reconciliation and balancing of the recharges account and withhold transactions - Work closely with the Finance Team as well as collaborating with Internal/external stakeholders - Processing of payments to hauliers and produce all relevant documentation ensuring accuracy - Administration of accounts - Handling of internal and external queries and escalating complaints accordingly - Production of client reports as required - Processing of manual invoices and credit notes for the client Self Billing run - Payment allocations - Maintain systems and documentation to a high standard - Ensure that all accounting policies and procedures are applied - Manage and assist where required with call handling for haulier queries - All other finance duties or tasks as requested by your line manager Our clients offers hybrid working, flexible hours and genuine progression opportunities.Due to the location of the role you must be able to drive.
