Job Description

Helpdesk Engineer An established IT Service Provider with an office in Derby require a Helpdesk Engineer to join their team. My client specialises in IT and EPOS related systems support and are looking for someone to predominantly support and deal with IT equipment and Pointof Sale software systems.Things you need to know about this position:

  • Travelling to various customer sites across the UK and time in their office in Derby providing telephone support
  • Most of the role will be field based potentially some nights in hotels however this isnt very frequent (a vehicle is provided when travel is required)
  • The client will train you up on their software and technologies
  • When not required to a client site you would provide telephone support from their office in Derby
Ideally you will have 1+ years experience in IT and have experience supporting customers in the field!Reasons why you should apply for this position:
