Job Description

Interim HR Business Partner

  • 6 month fixed-term contract
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Based remotely/at any Totally plc site
  • £45,000 per annum, pro-rata

You will have the opportunity to opt-out of this if you choose to.Vocare, a subsidiary of Totally plc is currently recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner to work within their HR department based at any Totally plc site on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis (37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday).The Interim HR Business Partner will ensure an HR business and customer focussed service is delivered. The successful candidate will provide leadership and management of HR to managers and employees in a productive coaching style, delivering a HR advisory support service that is aligned to best practice and commercially focused HR solutions including TUPE and change management programmes.The successful candidate will be a CIPD Member with a degree or equivalent qualification in HR.
