Interim Digital Channel Lead£500 per day, outside IR356 month contractBased in Castle Donington with hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)My client is the UKs leading provider of corporate clothing and workwear with a turnover in excess of £200M. With 3 brands and offices spread across Europe and the US, they are very much the market leader in their field.The business has spent the last 18 months driving their digital agenda to become a digitally first business across both B2C and B2B; they have implemented a new eCommerce platform and multi channel solutions whilst reducing cost and improving the customerexperience through the digitisation of processes and customer engagement.Working as part of the new Group digital function this role is responsible for the creating and enhancing fit for purpose digital capabilities and channels for interactions with the main focus being on Customer Delivery and the Digital Channel Roadmap. Youwill build out and deliver the product roadmap for each strategic digital channel and be responsible for optimising the digital experience across the various channels.Day to day you will be managing key stakeholders to drive the digital channel strategy, provide sales support services around the channels and advise on the most appropriate digital channel for customers. There is a large element of digital product managementinvolved in the role as well where you will be creating, capturing and prioritising backlog tickets with clear business benefits, outcomes and user stories working with the BA and digital delivery team. You will lead on all digital channel change and optimisationactivity, driving conversion performance, CRO and CX improvements.The successful candidate will have experience working in a digital product environment creating and managing a digital product roadmap, defining user stories, back log refinement, sprint planning and working with scrum team to deliver change. Ideally youwill experience of A/B testing, CRO and Google Analytics and with bring B2B or B2C digital eCommerce products to market.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a relatively new digital team in the early stages of their digital journey where you will have the authority to take ownership of the of a key strategic part of their success.
