The role is geared around ensuring that all site operations comply with all Health and Safety regulations.*You will be expected to continually access site health and safety thus reducing risk of accidents and exposure to prosecution and fines. *You will support the launch of a new production line, ensuring safe practice and all processes.*You will be expected to understand and apply H&S processes / procedures*Monitor staff / contractors to ensure safe practice*Design and deliver training sessions*Accident investigation*Work towards KPIs*Carry risk assessmentsThe successful candidate will be a proactive individual with the following skills and experience:*Good understanding of safe electrical practices*Knowledge of site HSE regulations*Physically able to work across a large site throughout the day*Strong organisational skills*Fantastic verbal and written communication skills *Previous experience of working within a similar project based role would be a distinct advantage*Excellent IT skillsPerson Profile/Experience:No previous rail experience required as we will consider applicants that have worked on any of the following, but you must some HSE knowledge. Knowledge of SAP would be preferable but not a must.
