Job Description

About the role Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a FLEET ADMINISTRATOR to join our Plant & Fleet business unit to work in Derby.Role Purpose:This role will be required to work cross functionally across the Service Desk Operations teams, delivering aspects of Operational Fleet support. What youll be doing As a FLEET ADMINISTRATOR, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Accurately capture and monitor through to resolution HGV Helpdesk incidents, working closely with the wider operations team to minimise downtime and maximise customer satisfaction;
  • Develop relationships with the Customer and provide them with regular reporting relevant to the Service Desk function;
  • Provide prompt resolution to any disputes raised by the Customer, liaising with all relevant parties to reach an agreed outcome. Ensuring on-going records are amended to reduce the risk of repeat;
  • Ensure that records are maintained in compliance with the processes outlined within the Balfour Beatty Business Management System.
