My client is looking for a Finance Manager, who wants to join a welcoming and supportive SME, which currently has a turnover of £17 million and is a subsidiary of a larger German group. Your initial responsibilities in this Finance Manager role will include:* Managing two employees and reviewing their work* Preparation and review of reporting packs for the parent company* Production of weekly/monthly reports including sales, backlog, profit and cash* Budgeting and Forecasting* Project accounting* Travel to the companys site in High Wycombe and to client sites when necessary.Once you have settled into this Finance Manager role, you will have the challenge of developing the existing ERP system (NetSuite) so you must be familiar with the following:* Mapping processes* Testing new systems to ensure smooth running of the finance processesTo be successful with your application for this Finance Manager role, you will have the following:* An ability to communicate financial matters to non-financial people* Strong technical skills. * Knowledge of implementing ERP systems* Being prepared to get involved in the nitty gritty of the accounting functionWhats in it for you When I asked the Interim and HR this question, they both said without hesitation that this was a supportive environment where people tend to stay many years.
