Job Description

This role of an Estimator is working for one of Europes leading suppliers in the manufacture, installation and maintenance of automatic doors and sliding wall systems.This is an amazing opportunity with a great company, their continuous growth and expansion has led to an opportunity for an Estimator position to join their Sales team.Whether you have experience within an Estimating role, or are looking for a foot in the door to a role thatll offer you growth in this area, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual.Key Responsibilities

  • Converting enquiries to quotations & issuing to customers.
  • Managing the estimating inbox, reviewing enquiries & distributing information onto the relevant department.
  • Ensuring correct interpretation of information when turning quotations into orders.
  • Amending revisions and costings as required.
  • Logging orders onto the Efacs system and transferring the contract file.
  • Ensuring all data is kept up to date and accurate, amending when necessary.
  • Providing Administrative support for the internal sales function.
About you
  • Experience in the door industry would be beneficial but not essential.
  • An ambitious and motivated individual.
  • Great administration, organisational and time management skills.
  • Customer relationships is at the heart of the role, so you must have excellent communication skills.
  • Good IT skills, and computer literateWord and Excel.
  • Experience using Efacs would be beneficial.
  • Works well independently and as part of a wider team.
