Work from reports, Drawings or other detailed documentation following systems, policies and procedures during production.Will be required to work through multiple jobs without assistance.Have the ability to work unsupervised although part of a team.Possess skills and knowledge in the use of specialist equipment.Capable of using all crimp tools using correct documentation.Capable of termination of all types of connectors.Work in a fast-paced production environment where efficiency and quality are key.Perform in process inspection.Ensure work is completed in line with customer requirements.Maintain quality by following organizational standards.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Competent to engage with design/production engineers if required to help solve customers requirements and offer solutions and improvements to their design.Work on project development and prototypes.Capable and willing to support training of other team members.Be prepared to work on customer sites.Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an Electrical discipline.
