Job Description

Ductwork OperativeDerby£20,000-£26,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)Our client is a national leader in the compliance industry with current contracts in high-security Government facilities, defence contractors and NHS hospitals across the country.Whilst other companies have struggled over recent years, they have thrived and are currently experiencing an increased demand for their services. Because of this, they are looking for hard-working individuals to complete fire damper tests, AHU works, installaccess panels and clean ventilation, ductwork and kitchen canopies to TR19 standards, although experience id preferred full training can be given.This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual looking to join a market leading compliance company working across the Southwest on a variety of projects.Ductwork Operative Key Tasks and Duties:

  • Ventilation inspections and testing.
  • Ductwork modifications and access panels.
  • Completing fire damper tests and inspections.
  • Air quality monitoring and reports.
  • AHU inspections and maintenance.
  • Canopy and grease trap cleans.
  • To check work completed and take before and after pictures.
Ductwork Operative Skills & Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
  • Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
  • Must be happy to work in confined space and at height.
  • Preferably will have some experience in a similar role & completing similar duties.
