Digital Product OwnerPermanent role paying a basic up to £60K + benefitsEast MidlandsHybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office.My client is a leading global workwear solutions business with an annual turnover of £200M. They are going through a significant transformation programme at the moment with a huge digital drive that will improve every aspect of the customer journey at eachand every touch point and will transform them into a market leading leading ecommerce business.The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising the digital experience across their digital platform for all brands within the business. You will analyse customer and business opportunities and pain points in order to translate into a well manageddigital product backlog. Working closely with the group IT teams, digital marketing and the chief transformation officer, this is a business critical role to ensure the successful delivery of the digital ecommerce change agenda. Day to day you will be thebusiness lead for all platform change and optimisation activity, driving conversion performance, CRO and CX improvements. You will identify opportunities to improve the ecommerce performance and customer / user experience, translating these opportunities intoa digital product backlog. You will own the product vision, product and CRO backlog; identify, create and track appropriate KPIs and drive performance metrics for sales revenue, AOV, margin etc.... This is by no means exhaustive but hopefully gives a senseof the role.I am looking for a digital product owner that has worked within an agile product development team for at least 3 years with strong ecommerce experience ideally across B2B. You will have experience of creating and managing a digital product roadmap, defininguser stories, sprint planning and working with a scrum team to deliver.
