If you have the right attitude and experience, you will be given the platform to take your career to the next level.By helping clients save water, CO2 and money in their washrooms, and with 1,000 clients across the UK, including Tesco, Rolls Royce, Pizza Hut and the NEC plus a Queens Award-winning product and a clutch of business awards, my client is well-positioned tohit our ambitious growth targets by 2025.Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00.Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 DOE.Duties will includeYour role will involve raising the profile of the business in the minds of their target clients. Through targeted campaigns via email and social media along with the improvement of our website, your efforts will increase awareness of our brand and generatequalified leads for our sales team to contact. Though focused on digital marketing, there will be some time spent on brochures and other hard copy marketing collateral. With full support from senior management along with the autonomy to make decisions about how to improve marketing performance, my clientwill give you the opportunity to grow your career and develop a whole new department in a fast-growing company.About you:Knowledge: A graduate, preferably in Marketing or Media, you will have 2-3 years digital marketing experience, preferably with a focus on lead generation. You should have experience of creating both written content (eg. blogs) and designs (eg. marketing collateral),as well as a good understanding of SEO to optimise our website performance. Experience of - or interest in -sustainability is welcomed but not essential.Attitude: You should be driven to succeed, very hard-working and extremely tenacious. You should be enthusiastic about work, coming to the office each day with a smile, a kind word and the energy to make things happen.Skills: Good range of digital marketing skills with excellent written and spoken English. Were looking for a quick learner who is happy working alone at times as well as being part of the team when needed. Sales and marketing work closely together so youllhave plenty of support. Strong IT skills, preferably with experience of working with data through a CRM, are required as well as proven skills in at least one design software package such as Adobe Indesign or Photoshop.Habits: Well-organised and hard-working, you should be happy to work independently to drive marketing initiatives forward (though youll be given plenty of support too!).The CommuteOur client is based in Pride Park, Derby.
