The Customer Success Trainer role is a key component in our organisation, focusing on driving customer retention and growth within our technology and telecoms industry.   • Deliver engaging and effective customer training sessions, both face-to-face and online.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and services.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring their successful use of our platform.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify areas of improvement in our services.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on customer training and engagement.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends to continuously enhance our training methodologies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
