Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorDerby£24,000Fabric Recruitment are working in partnership with an industry leader, who are committed to delivering an excellent service to their clients. This is an exciting opportunityfor a Customer Service Advisor who is seeking a developing role where they can learn new skills.Description of the role:

  • Liaising with customers via phone, email and web chat.
  • Understanding customer requirements.
  • Contacting prospective customers and following up on enquiries.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries face to face.
  • Dealing with associated administration and taking payments.
About you:
  • Experience of working within a customer focussed environment.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to upsell additional services.
  • IT literate, being able to pick up new systems.
