Job Description

Customer service advisor Location – Derby (Hybrid)Start date – Several start dates throughout JanuaryContract – 3-month fixed term contract ending 31st MarchHours – full time, 37.5 hours between 8am-8pm Monday-SundayThe role:

  • As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for our clients customers. You will be a part of the Retentions team so part of this role will include talking to customers about accounts which they are thinking about cancelling.
  • You will be a keen listener, hearing customers reasons for cancelling their accounts and handling their objections to come to a resolution.
  • You will explain offers and discounts to customers.
  • You will effectively solve queries to come to a suitable solution for customers and the client.
