Job Description

Hunter Gatherer AHP has a fantastic oppurtunity for an experienced Biomedical Scientist with a background in Cytology to join a busy NHS hospital based in Derby.Please note that for this role you must have at least 6 months UK experience withina laboratory.

  • Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
  • Cytology
  • Band 6
  • 3 Month contract, with the possibility of extension
  • ASAP start
  • Hourly rates between £20-£24 per hour
  • Derby Based
Requirements:
  • Role requires the NHSCSP screening qualification for ThinPrep.Previous experience working in a pathology laboratory.
  • NHSCSP screening stats meeting National requirements for sensitivity.
  • Non-gynae prep experience.
  • Good IT skills.
About the Individual:
  • Current HCPC Registration
  • IBMS Accredited Degree
  • 6 months UK lab experience
