Job Description

Our Client, a Local Authority in Leicestershire is looking for an Approved Mental Health Professional, to join their Mental health locality and reablement team.Blended approach to working with a mixture of home working and office-based working, with the work being mostly home based and once a week at county hall for duty!Flexible working hour opportunities available!Responsibilities of the role:

  • Caseload will vary depending on whether youre an AMHP
  • To be able to undertake court work
  • To have availability to undertake visits when required.
  • To undertake assessments and care planning in accordance with the Care Act and Mental Health Act.
  • To arrange meetings for safeguarding, VARM etc.
  • To contribute to a duty rota
Requirements for the role:
  • Have availability to work outside of normal working hours if required on occasion.
  • Need to have a drivers license and have access to a car.
  • Must be registered with Social Work England.
  • Social work qualification.
  • Would consider AMHP qualified or non AMHP
