Theyre currently experiencing exponential growth and theyre looking to take on the right member of staff to join theyre sales/business development team.Role and Responsibilities:-Selling training solutions to local employers in and around the East Midlands region.-Using a range of engagement tactics to reach out to employers, e.g; cold calling, face-to-face meetings, attending networking events, B2B Events, online marketing, other employer-related activities, etc.)-You will also need to engage with learners and attend the local job-centres, community centres, colleges and other areas where you can source learners.-You will need to consult with employers to find out their business needs in order for you to sell the best training solution suited for them.Experience and Skills:-The candidate must have experience in selling Apprenticeships-Experience working within a training provider or collage-A good track record with generating starts
