Job Description

Angular / Ionic Developer, c£45k DOE, Remote / Derby once or twice per month preferred.Office based in Derby but this role can be up to 95% remote for the right person. Flexible hours, good progression opportunities, 24 days hols, pension, good stable organisation, not a start-up.Avanti Recruitment is currently partnering with a successful SaaS provider with a global client base. You will join as a specialist mobile App Developer, working on their awesome app which is designed for mobile and tablet for android and iOS platforms.Tech stack is currently Ionic / Angular / TypeScript / Cordova but open to applications from software developers with experience of deploying to iOS / Android or with cross platform mobile experience.The ideal candidate would be an Ionic Angular Developer to work on updating and maintaining the existing app, whilst migrating to a new version, using the latest technologies; Ionic 6, Angular 14 and Capacitor.Job Responsibilities

  • Working with the back end team to query APIs
  • Designing and implementing usable and functional user interfaces for both phone and tablet
  • Handling the deployment of the app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Updating our app and squashing any bugs
  • Migrating our existing app to a new version, using new technologies
Our ideal developer will have:
  • High level knowledge of Angular 5+ and Ionic 3+
  • Knowledge of handling app deployments for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Good knowledge of Cordova and Capacitor
  • Experience in querying APIs
  • Experience in debugging issues on both android and iOS platforms
