Our vision is to be the very best at what we do.Administrative Assistant - autonomy: DerbyWere looking to recruit an outgoing and friendly administrative assistant to provide support to our management team. Working under the Administration Manager you will aid in the day to day running of the business and will be a proactive and professionalindividual with a passion for administration and future advancement.Main Responsibilities include:

  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls
  • Data entry, auditing, metrics and report writing
  • Organising and maintaining confidential staff records
  • To attend, participate and take notes at meetings
  • To provide information and support to staff members
  • Recruitment of new staff, supporting staff induction and training
  • General customer service and administration
Qualifications, experience & skills required:
  • Administrative experience
  • Ability to work independently and under own initiative
  • Organised and good time management skills
  • Good multi-tasking skills, driven and motivated
  • Customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work on numerous projects
  • High level of attention to detail, able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficient knowledge or Word, Excel, Email
Job type: Full time, permanentWorking hours: Monday to Friday - 8:45am to 17:15pm (40hrs a week)At a practical level, youll need good IT and communication skills including numeracy and literacy in order to keep accurate records. You must also be fit enough to take on the more physical aspects of the job.This post is suitable for a recent graduate with transferable skills or a support worker with sector experience, healthcare professional or talented individual.Salary £21,128 (£9.91 per hour) - £22,330 (£10.41 per hour) dependent upon experience and qualifications + six weeks paid annual leaveAbout usWe support people with needs to live fulfilling lives.
