The RoleSales Admin / Order Processor (Training available)Full time - Mon to FriThis is a great opportunity for someone with general admin / customer service experience to join a friendly and welcoming team. The role is to support our sales process in administering online orders and dealing with customer enquiries.   • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience of an office environment (Preferrable)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sales experience (Not essential)
What will I be doing in the roleOur Sales Office Assistant is one of our most important roles in the business. A great Sales Office Assistant will help keep our business running smoothly. To support the business you will;
  • Ensure good communications between departments
  • Compliance to all office health and safety legislation.
  • Support with completion of customer complaints to satisfactory standard.
  • Complete reports as defined by the Sales Office Manager.
  • Meet sales targets and the required standards of customer service.
  • Take sales office calls.
  • Assist in any other day to day duties as required by Sales Office Supervisor/Manager.
