Job Description

As part of an expansion plan, Debt Recovery Plus are looking to recruit a Market Development Manage to assist in growing and developing the sales strategy. As a leading business within the private parking enforcement sector, Debt Recovery Plus are part of the Bristow & Sutor group - specialising in debt recovery throughout the UK.Working closely with the Head of Sales, your focus will be to develop and strengthen connections and links within the parking enforcement sector and grow new business opportunities.Key elements of the role will include:

  • Using your industry knowledge, you will help grow sales opportunities through regular service reviews with existing customers.
  • Build a networking opportunity strategy incorporating conferences, exhibitions and promotional activities to drive new business opportunities.
  • Be the subject matter expert on parking enforcement, ensuring you maintain up to date legislative knowledge and reflect any changes in service delivery and training.
  • Ensure the internal delivery teams are set up for success and are aligned to deliver against customer requirements.
  • Create a structured plan, using financial data, insight and service delivery data to ensure efficiency and opportunities for improvement are identified and delivered.
    • The successful candidate will need to have:
  • Previous experience within the debt recovery sector - in particular around parking enforcement and parking charge notices.
  • A strong focus on sales, being able to maximise business development opportunities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt their style and interact at all levels within a business.
  • Great organisational skills, able to analyse service delivery and also identity areas for improvement.
  • A full UK driving licence.

    • This opportunity is based from the Debt Recovery Plus offices in Manchester for c3 days of the week with the remaining time being field based with customers/working from home. Required skills
