Job Title:Management AccountantSalary: £35,000 - £45,000p/a Depending on experienceHours: Mon - Thurs 8.45am-5pm On a Friday 8.45am-4.20pmLocation: Audenshaw M34 - 3 days based in the office 2 days based at home.Permanent positionI am currently helping one of my clients recruit for an experiencedManagementAccountant who can communicate and engage at alllevels. You must have exceptional organisation skills in a multi -task environment and be able to analyse,scrutinise, manage, andpresent data to a high standard.Role Responsibilities

• Operationally support the month end closing for the designated local office, ensuring achievement of agreed service levels and compliance with established policies, and liaising with the local office Finance Business Partner for any required adjustmentsand final approvals.
• Support the Financial Accounting & Reporting Finance Manager in the production of the standard MA pack for designated local office each month
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines for designated local office
• Support the Financial Accounting & Reporting Finance Manager in the production of the APO forecast for designated local office each month, with approval from local office Finance Business Partner
• Support the Financial Accounting & Reporting Finance Manager in the production of the annual budgeting for designated local office, with approval from local office Finance Business Partner
• Ensure positive relationship is built and maintained with designated local office Finance Partner
• Support the Financial Accounting & Reporting Finance Manager in the completion of the quarterly reporting pack for designated local office, with input and approval from local office Finance Business Partner prior to submission
• Support the Financial Accounting & Reporting Finance Manager in the providing the designated local office Finance Business Partner with key reporting for annual statutory accounts and annual audits
• Gather and analyse key financial data and metrics to support the business as directed by the Financial Accounting & Reporting Finance Manager
• Ensure adherence to financial laws, policies, ICF and guidelines for designated areas of responsibility
• Any other duties to support the team as requested by line management
• Be a member one of the Centres of Excellence and ensure its deliverableto all local office are met, both in terms of compliance and timing

Skills and Experience

• Experienced management accountant with appropriate professional qualifications and experience
• Experienced in budgeting and forecasting
• Understanding of key financial and regulatory requirements of (insert country)
• Effective communicator and ability to engage at all levels
• Strong ability to analyse, scrutinise and manage data.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills with strong problem-solving ability.
• Experience of working with SAP ERP
• STRONG REPORTING AND ANALYSIS SKILL
• ACCA/CIMA/AAT Level 4 or equivalent needed
• MUST have someUNDERSTANDING OF A SHARED SERVICE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
