We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Rep to join our Manchester team.Customer Service Representative - The Role:Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers, including:• Receiving & placing customer orders• Handling customer complaints coordination & resolution• Processing returns in line with company policy• Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers• Liaising with customers to ensure excellent customer service• Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction• Updating schedules• Progress chasing• Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Operations ManagerCustomer Service Representative - The successful candidate need:• Previous customer service experience• Purchase order processing and purchasing invoicing experience• Stock Control knowledge• Good communication skills both verbal and written• Positive manner with ability to build customer intimacy• Knowledge of ERP systemsCustomer Service Representative - Benefits:• Salary range £23-25K per annum, DOE• Holidays - 33 days per year including bank holidays• Contributory Pension Scheme• On-site Parking• Hours of work Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 (40 hours per week)If you wish to begin a career with the opportunity to progress in a business-to-business environment, please click APPLY and send us your up-to-date CV and cover letter today!No Agencies please.
