The role - Temporary Payroll AdministratorLocation - DennyDays of Work - one day per week (Wednesday or Thursday)Hours - 9-5pm or 8-4pmPay rate - £12.50 per hourOffice Angels are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to work one day per week on an ongoing temporary basis for our client based in Denny. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Sage 50 and previous experience of end-to-end payroll. Due to the nature of this role we will only be shortlisting candidates who are readily available as the role will start next week.Duties: -* Processing weekly timesheets and weekly payroll* Processing monthly payroll for salaried employees * Dealing with any payroll enquiries efficiently * Ensuring records are accurate and up to date * Processing SMP/SSP payments as required Key Skills: -* Payroll experience * SAGE 50 / SAGE 50 (CLOUD)* Strong communication skills * Process driven * Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel * Excellent attention to detail This role is based within the Construction industry and experience within this industry would be beneficial but is not essential.Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
