Trust-wide MBT Lead – 8C : Permanent contractThe Trust is currently recruiting to the post of Trust-wide MBT Lead.Mentalization-based treatment services are being grown and developed throughout the Trust across operational directorates in line with the NHS long-term plan and broader work on pathways for people presenting with emotional regulation difficulties a diagnosis of personality disorder. We are seeking a committed, dynamic and experienced MBT clinician to provide professional leadership, supervision, training and service development advice in the delivery of highly specialist MBT across the Trust.The successful candidate will have substantial experience in the delivery of MBT and in providing supervision and training in this area and demonstrate a commitment to support the development of services which create a psychologically safe environment in which people with personality disorder can flourish.The post holder will have substantial management experience and extensive leadership skills, including the ability to positively influence colleagues at all levels of seniority and professional background. The post-holder will demonstrate experience in service development and innovation and in providing consultation and leadership to teams.We particularly welcome applicants from candidates from diverse backgrounds and are keen to develop a workforce that is representative of the populations we serve.About the location:Our Trust headquarters is located at Denmark Hill less than 5 minutes from the train station (zone 2).
