Contracts AdministratorSalary: upto £28k DOELocation: Denmark HillHours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pmYou will be working with one of the companies top clients as a Contract Administrator, you will be required to provide full administration support to the site. You will be pivotal in taking ownership for the daily paperwork and processes associated to thissite.Skills Required

Organised
Confident
Due diligent/accurate
Efficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Good people skills and be able to manage engineers

Job Duties

Working within a challenging Service & Maintenance related environment
Use of CAFM system
Coordinate, administrate and manage reactive and PPM works
Provide support to the Contract Manager
Auditing client reports to ensure they are compliant
Liaise with Engineers and Sub-contractors
Invoicing of works
Raising quotes, as per costing sheet from Contract Manager
Tracking of all reactive and additional works including costs
