Are you looking for your next exciting role and do you want to join a progressive forward thinking and fun HR TeamIf so then this might be the role for you!Having recently undergone a restructuring programme to bring together the HR functions across South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and South West London & St George’s Mental Health Trust, we now have a vacancy for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our team based at South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.We have a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The Trust is fully supportive of flexible working and we are happy to discuss how you might want to work the hours within the role.As part of the Trust wide Employee Relations Team you will be providing proactive and positive support to the managers and staff within your aligned Borough as well as providing support as needed to other members of the Team and to the Lead ER Advisor for the South London & Maudsley Trust sites.However, as we now provide services across two Trusts you may be asked to support work at South West London & St George’s from time to time.The ER team provides positive support to the managers and staff in managing their staffing issues innovatively, within policy and within employment law and as informally as possible.In addition, the role will encompass training and briefing sessions with line managers and/or staff members and Borough ‘surgeries’. There will be planned changes in line with the joint working protocols being developed and so management training will be key.
